I booked this hotel for my brother's family for two nights. Front desk was very helful over the phone to book and pay for the room. It is a very nice, safe and clean hotel. Hotel location is great. Super friendly staff. Their room was spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Me and my boyfriend originally booked regular rooms and since we were paying with points we had to book them separately. We called the hotel three weeks in advance to make sure they will be able to put us in the same room and we were told it shouldn’t be a problem. Upon our arrival the staff told us they weren’t aware of this, so they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a penthouse suite, but we were supposed to move to the one we booked initially the next day. So when we came back after a long day it was a very pleasant surprise that they’ve upgraded us AGAIN to the Honeymoon Suite which is the best room they have. This place is truly amazing. It was just a small mistake, but the staff really went out of their way to make our stay special and memorable.

Lovely place! Not too far from the downtown area but some people may not like it if they need to be closer to the downtown core! Most of the hotels you find in Banff are on the outskirts of town area and this was very reasonably priced! We had a loft room which was amazing! I would highly recommend this place

Banff is a happening place and this lodge is centred in the township. Gondolas a must. Food is good. Service is also very good. Definitely stay again. These shots were taken outside the room window and locally

Very friendly. Good size room with comfy beds. Quite way from town but does mean its quiet are night.
